Step 1: Receive specific information (product type, recipe, packaging, delivery date, etc.) and listen to client needs.

Step 2: Consider choosing quality ingredients and recipes as planned. Carry out design-based samples development process.

Step 3: Together with customers to evaluate samples, analyze and handle arising problems of samples. Continue to improve the product to match client needs.

Step 4: Make a detailed quotation when the above steps have been completed.

Step 5: Proceed to produce products under strict processes from raw material handling to packaging at Semba factory.

Step 6: Deliver the right quantity of products according to the scheduled time. Follow up and support to ensure that the products arrive at clients place on time and safely.
